Independent insurance broker based in Ticino or the Italian-speaking part of Graubünden, registered in the FINMA register of insurance intermediaries. Portfolio consisting predominantly of private clients and/or local SMEs, with established active contracts and a good renewal rate. Particular interest in sole proprietorships or micro-structures led by the owner who are considering their own succession planning — including on a 2–3 year horizon — or who perceive the administrative, training and supervisory requirements of the sector as increasingly burdensome. No specialisation excluded: we assess life, non-life, LPP/occupational pension and mixed-mandate portfolios.
