**Response time**, within two (2) Business Days for general enquiries. Business Days are defined in the General Terms and Conditions § 1 as days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in Canton Ticino.

For questions concerning the General Terms and Conditions, an Intermediation Agreement, an NDA, a Letter of Intent, fee invoices, anti-circumvention, or any contractual dispute, write to info@smemarket.ch with the subject line "LEGAL".

**Response time**, within five (5) Business Days. Substantive responses are routed to legal counsel where appropriate. Formal notices under any Intermediation Agreement must be sent by registered mail to the registered office (see § 07 below) in addition to email.

For any request to exercise data-subject rights under the Swiss nDSG/FADP or the EU GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent), write to info@smemarket.ch with the subject line "DATA PROTECTION REQUEST".

The Operator cooperates with the competent Swiss authorities as required by law. Users acknowledge that, where required by law, the Operator may be obliged to disclose information to regulatory authorities without prior notice to the User concerned.
