Healthcare practices and private clinics, hospitality operators, logistics platforms, and other professional-services businesses with stable cash flow and continuity dependencies on key personnel.

The Swiss SME economy is heterogeneous, and many businesses straddle two or more of the groups above. Where a mandate spans sectors, the listing is filed under the dominant revenue category and tagged with all relevant secondary sectors so that buyers across categories can find it.

Listings that involve regulated activities, banking, asset management, insurance brokerage, healthcare, certain construction sub-sectors, may require additional documentation at unlock, including evidence of valid operating licences and confirmation that licence transfer is feasible at closing.
