Entrepreneur seeks established Swiss SME for long-term succession

An established and profitable Swiss SME is sought for long-term acquisition and personal operational continuation. The focus is in particular on B2B companies with a proven business model, a stable market position and an experienced existing team.
Companies from industry, production, precision engineering, building services engineering as well as other technically or craft-oriented niches are of particular interest. However, I am also open to attractive, established business models across industries.
Target size are companies with revenue of approx. CHF 4–20 million and an EBIT of approx. CHF 0.5–2 million. A full acquisition is intended. The company should have been sustainably profitable in recent years.
The aim is not a short-term financial investment, but the long-term continuation and further development of the company while preserving its existing culture, employees and customer relationships.
